Born in Cannes, France, Fabrice is a composer and a Music Lecturer since 2001. He specialises in music for film, television with influences from classical, progressive music, modern jazz to computer music.
Fabrice studied electronic Music in London were he obtained a Degree and a Masters degree in Sonic Arts and PsychoAcoustics.


In 1999, Fabrice Mogini became interested in generative music and algorithmic composition. Using SuperCollider, he played a key role in the early development of live coding, with evidence suggesting he helped coin the term around 2002 while pioneering real-time code-based music.

Using the audio programming language SuperCollider, Fabrice has written many applications to assist him in composing his music and for Sound Design.
He has participated many media projects and has written the FabSounds software for Sound Therapy
